Position Title: Sales Manager-Dorner
Reports To:

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales in the assigned regions with direct account responsibility for a set of existing and developing new distributors.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Demonstrate full understanding of sale campaigns/offerings to communicate them clearly to distributors/sale executives.
- Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer base.
- An entrepreneurial individual who can help accelerate company business presence in all the relevant markets within their defined territory.
- Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service.
- Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities.
- Responsible for creation of channel strategies and successful execution of Channel partner business plans including contract negotiations, sales, marketing and services go to market plans.
- Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.
- Understand, develop, and grow territory whereby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Understand and convey key business issues facing distributors and customers.
- Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target.
- Recruit and manage the channel partners including distributors/Systems Integrators
- Develop and plan sales/marketing activities and campaigns within each country.
- Understand, where appropriate, opportunities for localization of our products and services.
- Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales target (Quota) and build appropriate pipelines to achieve quarterly sales targets for the following two quarters.
- Perform other jobs assigned by the company management.
Qualifications:
- Associate or above degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in conveyor system or relevant professional mechanical design working experience, project management skills will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge in plastic chain, belted and other conveyor systems technology and able to apply in technical design works.
- Current experience with Auto CAD and SolidWorks will added advantage.
- Exposure and working knowledge in mechanical part/component design for manufacturing in a variety of processes such as molding, pressure and thermoforming, machining, casting, and/or sheet metal fabrication
- Able to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problem
- Proven ability to work independently with a minimum of supervisor input
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with cross functional team members to achieve a common goal set.
- Highly motivated and have extensive experience in successfully selling large ticket solutions in the responsible regions.
- Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with conveyor systems, competitors and market landscape is required.
- Have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills as well as the demonstrated ability to work as a team.
- Be able to demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to work hard to succeed.
- Willing to travel to regional hub to continuously grow the business.
- Proficient in various languages and dialects and have a strong sense and ability to understand our customer’s needs.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to uphold ethical and Company standards in business activities.
